Hello! I became addicted to those little usb flash drives but soon my appetites grew and this few gb wasn’t enough to me, so I bought a usb hard drive. When I plug it in to my system, it is recognized with a tool tip “Found New Device – Hard Drive” however, I can’t find it in windows explorer! What’s the problem here!

Hello! The problem is most likely that your usb hdd doesn’t use generic drivers, that is, you need to install special drivers for your usb drive separately! If you didn’t get the drivers together with your drive, you’ll need to download them manually from the manufacturer’s site. If you can’t find it there, try searching for it on driverguide.com
