Hello! I have bought yesterday LG-4163B DVD burner. I have plugged it into external USB 2.0 enclosure and plugged it to USB 2.0 port. But, I have a problem. My DVD burner is well recognized in Device Manager but in Windows Explorer it is not. I really do not have idea what to do to fix this.

Hello! I assume that you are using Windows XP operating system. If I am right, then I suggest you to download and install all the patches for Service Pack 2 (also install Service Pack 2 if you did not). When you do that, uninstall this device in Device Manager and reboot computer. After reboot it should be well recognize.
