Hi people! My problem starts as soon as I turn the computer on. The first thing I see is URLLSTCE.exe failed to start and when I click on it says This application has failed to start because NISRES.DLL was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem." That is about the best I can describe it and it might be enough to someone who knows his/hers way around.

I think you will need to reinstall Norton. But I think sometimes that is not enough. If you reinstalled Norton and the problem persists then you will need somebody elses help because this is far as I go. I heard it can be up to the registry, but registry is like a blue print for Windows and any changes there are permanent I am not confident enough to give you advice in that direction. Dont try to do it yourself, but find somebody who has experience with this and let him help you. I wish you all the best and I hope you will fix that problem.
