I have a computer and Internet connection for last two years. Yesterday I had a strange experience. When I went on one site on the net, it cannot open the first page. It gives me some error about playing a flash video material. I do not know what is going on. Is there a way for turning off Flash player?

As your computer is telling you, Explorer cannot play flash video material. You should have that already installed on your computer but it is obviously not working because of some reason. You cannot turn it off. It may be either damaged or uninstalled. You should have to get and install some flash player as soon as possible, because you will need that for opening many sites on the Internet. You should also check is playing of video material from the Internet enabled in your security settings. If reinstalling will not help then you will probably have to reinstall Windows.
