| Hello! I am running Windows XP Pro operating system with Service Pack 2 installed and I have a problem. Namely, I am trying to play online game (World of Warcraft), but I cannot and I do not know why. I am sure that my system is not infected and that is not a reason for this, because my Zone Alarm Pro is always turned on. |

Hello! I have news for you (you will need to decide if news are good or bad ones): you cannot play World of Warcraft online because of your Zone Alarm Pro firewall software.  You will need to open Zone Alarm Pro and to allow in its settings playing World of Warcraft online. When you do this, you will probably be able to play it. But, if you still cannot play it, after this, you will need to turn of Zone Alarm Pro. |
