| Greetings. So far, I think that I have followed all kind of updates for Mozilla Firefox. From version 1.2 to version 3.0.0.1. And I have screwed up something regarding last update. I’ll try to describe what have I done. First I have removed the beta test version, or beta release of v 3. There were some kind of bugs, so I said to my self, I will revert to the earlier version. But, when I installed previous version, Firefox began to act worse than Internet Explorer ever has. I couldn’t manage Firefox to work with Zone Alarm, no more. It always ended with the crash after each startup. After complete deletion the same story. It seems that I have messed up things in total… Help. |

| I think that you didn’t, because there is no thing that can’t be fixed, at least not inside Windows XP. Here is what you are going to do. Download nCleaner. You will notice how powerful this program is. Let the application run through your system completely and after the finished job, go to the registry editor (“regedit” in your run box) and press CTRL + F inside. That will open search box. First type Mozilla, and then delete each key when regedit stops. Then again, until the search stops completely. Next step is the same, only you will have to search for the Firefox. Delete all keys where Firefox is found. Reboot after that and try installing Firefox again. |
