| I have recently bought a new wireless keyboard and mouse. I know it is necessary to install drivers for both, but I somehow was not able to do that. It seemed like, even if the whole process of installation went through well, eventually nothing happened, and Windows did not recognize the drivers supposedly installed. If anyone could help me, that would be great. |

| Getting new wireless equipment is always something that can be pretty problematic precisely in terms of new drivers. There can be problems with recognizing them in Windows. For example, if you are having some cheap equipment from some less known manufacturer sometimes the drivers will simply not be recognized. On the other hand, it might be your error in installation. For example, many times for drivers to be completely integrated and recognized you need to reboot your computer. If you have not done that, than it is understandable why you are having problems. Try installing the drivers again and restart your computer. If nothing happens, go to your manufacturers website, and download the latest version of the driver. I hope you will find the advice hear helpful. |
