I think Trojans are named for thair behaviore, after they have ability to connect to other sites and download another viruses, spyware and whatever. The fact that it is detected all the time, might be related to bad antivirus, in that case I guess you should try something other, I mean another antivirus. There is also a posibility that restore point of your System Restore tool might be infected and than antivirus can’t delete it. If it is a case you should disable restore point, restart the machine and enable it again since this procedure deletes previous restore points. This is a trick I collected at one of the forums, and it has sense if you’re WinXP user. It might work, if this is the problem...
