I have finally finished my website for my company in Dreamweaver. What should I do now in order to put it to www.mycompanieswebsiteaddress.com? I have heard about GoDaddy, are they good for web sites and domains? Or you suggest some else company for this? I see that they make site for about less than 10 bucks a year. This sounds like a descent offer, right?

The price you have seen is just the price of the domain name itself, which is a kind of reservation of yourcompany.com domain for one year. Hosting (where you keep your site physically) is bought separately, but Godaddy offers hosting, too. However I think Godaddy’s hosting should be avoided, while their domain name shop is ok.
