Hello! I have a problem with DVD. I have Toshiba Tecra laptop computer. I am using Windows XP OS. The problem is next. When I want to insert one DVD with the movie it can’t read it. What that supposes to mean? Does anybody know what I need to do? Thanks for your advice or comment.

Hi! So you have a problem with DVD. It is possible that disk is damaged. Try to insert some another DVD. Then you will know is that device problem or just with the disk. If you have the same problem, that is device error. So, you can repair if is possible that device or just replace it with the new one.
