Hello! I have Toshiba Tecra 8100 laptop. My problem with this laptop is that I have not sound. I have installed Windows XP on this laptop and I am afraid that something is happened to it. Please tell me what the possible cause of this problem is and how I can solve it. Thank you very much!

Hello! I think that you should try to update audio drivers. Go to the Toshiba official site and find the newest version of sound drivers for your sound card. Download it and before you install it remove from the system older one. If this does not help you, then you should contact technical support because you have hardware problem (motherboard).
