| Hello! Since a few days ago my Toshiba laptop won’t boot up. I turn it on, I get all the POST screens but when it should start loading windows, nothing happens. I just get the blank screen with power led blinking. Sometimes it even happens that after power-on I don’t get POST screen! I checked the battery with measuring device, its voltage is ok. |

| Hi, this doesn’t look like a battery problem to me. There’s more chance that your memory or hdd is broken. Also, it could be a “external hardware” issue, such as a power connector problem. Whatever the reason of malfunction, you shouldn’t use your laptop until you solve the issue – to prevent making even more damage. Have you tried calling official Toshiba technical support? |
