I want to transfer address book in the Outlook Express. Does anybody know how to make that transfer? Thanks for your time and opinion!

Hi! Well, that is not a problem mate. You can open outlook express first. Then in the file menu you will find option import and export. These options serve you to make file transfer. You want to insert address book or to save it. That is not a problem to do this. You only need to know where you want to save that file and in what format. So, that is not a problem.
