Hello! I am using Widows XP operating system with SP2 installed and my friend told me that I should install and use Thunderbird because it is great e-mail client. But, before I install it, I want to check with you what kind of e-mail client Thunderbird is. I hope you will answer my question. Thank you in advance!

Hello! Thunderbird is Mozilla’s product. I am using this e-mail client for years and I can tell you that I am delighted with it. Thunderbird is free application and it is very similar to other e-mail clients, but I am finding that it is more reliable and easier for use than other e-mail clients. I think you should try it and make your own opinion.
