| Hello! I have Windows XP Professional operating system with SP2 installed on my computer. I have a big problem, too. I have seen that all my files from folder my documents are lost. Also, sometimes my DVD drive opens and closes on its own. To be honest, since few days ago, my computer acts as it is possessed. |

| Hello! I suggest you to turn on your antivirus software and to scan your system, because I am sure that your system is infected with Trojan horse. To be more precisely, some mean person took you control over your computer. I assume that you have broadband connection to the internet, right? Before scanning, disconnect from the internet and boot Safe Mode and then perform scanning. |
