This Video Card Is Lame

I have bought Radeon 9000 video card and I am not satisfied at all. Before this card I have used onboard graphic and because I want to play some games I bought this video card. I have found information about it on the internet and vendor told e that it is very good, but I can tell you that this video card is lame! I havent noticed any difference with it.

Radeon 9000 video card is not lame, but I would say that you are newbie. You have said that you used integrated graphic before you bought this video card. I assume that you have installed it properly. But, have you change settings in your BIOS? I can bet that you are not. Well, go to BIOS and disabled onboard graphic and enable your Radeon. You will see difference after that.
