TV cards in lower price range?

I’d like to buy a TV card from the lower price range. Nowadays that the technology is so advanced instead of buying a new TV set I can just invest my money into the PC and have all the necessary multimedia at one place. Since I’m not in a good financial situation I think that a decent but not expensive TV card would do for my needs. Do you have any suggestions?

Oh, I don’t know what PC you have but I really think that as you have said yourself technology has become so advanced that it doesn’t matter very much whether a component is expensive or not, it will work just fine. I know that I have numerous no name devices and components and each of them is working just fine and without any problem. That’s why I suggest you to go and see what models are offered at local PC stores and choose the one you think that is not too expensive. Before that you can check the reviews on the internet and see how it is marked. So, you don’t have to worry too much about that choice.
