My problems started recently. I cant access the network and I cant go to internet. When I try to go to the network I get some weird IP. When I changed it & open browser, I get message that page cannot be displayed. Thats the problem with XP OS SP2. I have, on same computer, Linux OS and there I havent any troubles. Any solution for my problem? Thanks!

Considering that you havent problem in Linux, Im 99 sure that you have problems with removing spyware on your windows. This doesnt happen often. Problem is caused by removing some spyware with appropriate program. I dont why is this happens, but I have seen on official Microsoft site that this could happen. Whatever, to solve this problemgo to command prompt and enter following command:
netsh winsock reset catalog
After entering, press enter key. After that, reboot your computer.
