TCP/IP DHCP unable to renew IP address

Hello! My name is Lucas. I am running Windows XP operating system with Service Pack two installed and my problem is next: TCP/IP DHCP is unable to renew IP address. I am not too familiar with networking field. Due the fact that I am newbie, I really hope that you will know something more about this.

Hello, Lucas! I will do my best to help you. Do following first: go to Command prompt and type there IP config / release, after that press Enter key on your keyboard; after that type IP config / renew, after that press Enter key on your keyboard. In case that this does not help, delete current connection and make new one.
