| Must say I had some shock for my system, by that I mean my nerves and OS of my computer. So it was double and combo shock. I had some “Windows explorer window freeze” problem and I wanted to restart and restore my PC but somehow it didn’t work. Refused to do action properly so now that became enigma to me what can I do, am I missing something here?? |

| That can be annoying for sure. First check up if the restore option is running (click Star/ click Control Panel/ double click System icon/ click on System Restore tab which will open system dialog box and there clear Turn off System Restore, or you could do the partial turn off by choosing which parts of the PC will be included in that action). Other thing you should check, is there enough free space on all drivers( following the previous path and then moving the slider you can set how much free space is needed for proper restart). Usual limit is 50mb of free space on each partition, and System Restore reactivates when you hit 250mb of free space. Examine all System Restore errors possibilities that maybe could be the cause of your problem including missing Framedyn.dll, even though for that one you suppose to get proper notification that is missing. Good luck and restore it soon ! |
