Hello! I have a big problem with my Symantec Antivirus program. My Norton Antivirus gave me message that some files are quarantined, but they are not accessible. I do not know what this means, but I am very afraid that some virus hurt my system and my antivirus protection. Please, tell me what I should do!

Hello! First of all, stay calm down. That message means that antivirus quarantined some suspicious files and it does not allow other programs or users to access them. You should go to quarantined files and see if you recognize some. If you do (and only if you are positively sure that you know for file which one is and what is its purpose), remove it from quarantine; but if you do not recognize none of them, then you should delete them.
