It has some advanced features, and is a maybe not so good solution for beginners. For example, when it blocks some web site or application from access, it doesn’t supply any details about process being blocked. It allow you to assign some rules like time restrictions for specific ports and more advanced things, but I think that most of users will not use this kind of features, specially beginners. Choice is yours, but there are other free firewalls, also good and much easier to use.
