Sudden loss of Internet connection

Hello! I use cable internet and I am facing with a big problem. Namely, sometimes I suddenly lose my internet connection. So, I need to wait to another day or longer to get connection again. Usually I need to turn computer off for some time. I wonder if you maybe know why I have problem like thins. Thank you!

Hello! I think that the problem is not connected to you or your computer. I think that your cable provider has some troubles. When you loose connection, try to reset modem. If that does not help, then you will need to contact providers technical support. They will tell you what the cause of loosing internet connection.
