Hello. My computer from the top floor has ADSL attached to the USB port, and then it is routed as a shared connection trough the Ethernet port directly (X - wired)to other ones Ethernet card from the lower floor, downstairs. The other machine is constantly downloading something, but no mater that, I have established security to the maximum level over both of them plus the hardware firewall that goes together with the ADSL router is not stopping, and there are a lot of strange network processes inside Windows Task Manager. I am using Net Limiter 2 Pro and Avira Antivirus, if that matters something. Thanks in advance.

Those weird processes are nothing more but the background of all your security stuff. Sometimes, very tight security level do know how to slow down pretty much faster machines than your is (but we don’t know how much strong PC you have). Net Limiter is amazing program, but also very heavy and contains a lot of complied code. So, all of those network services are probably just the regular ones in your case if we include constant packet flow.
