Hello! Thats not virus and these things happens.
You have holed ctrl+alt and pressed down arrow. That turned your desktop. To put it normal, holed ctrl+alt and press up arrow. This should solve your problem.
You can solve it, also, on another way:
Right click on blank spot on your desktop, than clik (left) on properties, than click on settings, than click advanced, than graphic driver, than graphics properties, than rotation.
Its up to you which way you will use.
