| Hello! I am running Windows XP Home Edition with Service Pack 2 installed operating system and I am afraid that my system is infected. I have received some e-mail yesterday and I have opened attach file, but in attach was nothing. After that, I have started to lose some files and I can see in sent items that I have sent many mails (but actually I did not sent any of them). |

| Hello! That is why is recommended to scan all your e-mails and attach files with antivirus software. Unfortunately, I can tell you that your system is infected for sure. You should let know all people from your address book about this infection to prevent infection of theirs machines. You will need to can your computer (best from Safe Mode) and to find and kill malware. But, if you cannot find it (because your antivirus could be damaged too), you will need to reinstall your operating system. |
