Stopping someone from sending Virus

Hello! I am running Windows XP Pro SP2 operating system and I ca tell you that I have well protected it. I have installed antivirus, antispyware and personal firewall software. Still, I want to know is there any way for stopping someone from sending virus. I am afraid that someone will infect me. I hope that you will know this. Thank you!

Hello! Well, it is impossible to stop someone of sending viruses. You will protect your system only if you are well protected (and it seems to me that you are). Only you can do is to be very cautious and tell your friends to be cautious, too. You have to face with the fact that this world is full of malicious people.
