| There are few reasons that could cause problem like yours. Maybe your security level is set to low and that is the reason why your Outlook lets bulk mails to bother you. You should try to raiser your security level. Second reason for your problem could be that your have some Trojan virus in the background. To check is that the problem in your case, you will have to do an anti-virus check of your computer. In addition, if you do not have Outlook 2003 try to get that version because it is the best version of Outlook on the market. Outlook 2003 is an aggregated part of Microsoft Office 2003.
