Spyware I Can't Remove

Hello. I am running Windows XP Professional operating system with Service Pack 2 installed and I have AVG antispyware software. AVG antispyware reported me that my system is infected with spyware, but I cannot delete mentioned spyware with AVG antispyware software. Can you tell me what to do regarding this problem?

Hello. I have heard that some people also had problems with AVG antispyware software. So, I suggest you to install SpyBot Search and Destroy antispyware software. When you install this antispyware software; boot Safe Mode and from there start deep scanning of your system. I am sure that you will remove spyware.
