Hello! I have not any antispyware on my computer. Some guys recommended me to install SpyBot and Ad Aware software. I think that I wont need both software, but I am not sure about that, because I do not know much. Would you be so kind and tell me what I should know about these software? Thank you very much!

Hello! I suggest you to install both software. Because, Ad Aware will protect your computer from outside threats (internet, etc.) and SpyBot is on demand software (when you start it, it will scan). So, if adAware miss something, when you turn on SpyBot it will not miss it at all. With these software you will be maximally protect of spyware for sure.
