Spam mail flood in my inbox

Hello! I have Spam problem here. My computer is Intel P4 2.4Ghz machine. I am using Windows XP SP1 OS. The problem is next kind. When I want to open my mail in the inbox I see Spam mails there. Does anybody know how to stops these spams? I am really interesting to do that. So, thanks for your advice or comment.

Hi! So, you have a problem with Spam. I don’t know how to help you but I will try. Maybe I can suggest you something. I don’t know which one mail service you are using, but you can check this. If you are using something like Yahoo mail you can block your spams massages. You can find that in the mail options menu.
