Hello! I have installed yesterday my Motorola dial up modem and since then I have not sound on my computer. I do not know why, but I am sure that this no sound problem is connected to this modem. Please, tell me what I need to do to fix this issue. I am thanking you in advance on prompt reply!

Hello! I can tell you that conflicts between sound cards and dial up modems are pretty usual. So, you will go to Control panel; open there Sounds and Audio devices. Open it. When you open it, click on Audio tab and you will see that there is listed your modem instead your sound card. Just change that and your sound will be back.
