Windows ME had crashed on my Sony Vaio PCV-R553DS and I cannot find the rescue disk. That’s why I’m desperately trying to find video, sound and network drivers but I am not sure what I’m looking for since everything is integrated in the motherboard. Sony’s website wasn’t of any help. Does anyone have some advice that might help me with this?

I think that you might open your case to see the devices and perhaps you could find some numbers or codes written on them. Then you should join driverguide.com community and
Do a search on the codes you found. If you cannot find the needed drivers on this site and Sony doesn’t offer you any solutions, then I really don’t know what you could do.
