| Do you think that Sony Alpha DSLR- A350 is worth its price? It costs, as I know, somewhere around 800 USD. I am a journalist, and from time to time need to deliver pics, and those photos need to be quality ones. But this seems to be too expensive. What do you think about it? Isn’t it a bit overrated? |

| It is my opinion that it is. I think you can find a decent camera for much lower price. The characteristics of this one do seem perfect, but I do not think it is what you need. You can do just fine with some less professional camera. I mean, it all depends on which newspaper you are working for, but for most of the pictures 7 MP is more than enough. This one has 14, perfect response time and everything…But I doubt that you will ever have opportunity to use its more advanced options. So, it will in a way be a waste of money. My suggestion is to find something less expensive. |
