Hi. I have little problem deciding to have or not to have Solaris because I use Telnet. I know it sounds like Hamlets famous question: to be or not to be.I have home network, and I heard that Solaris OS can provide good protection to my computer and network. Any help is welcomed.

Well, our modern Hamlet, I strongly recommend Solaris. I use it while I am on Telnet and I am satisfied with it. It is a good program, with very strong security. From the moment when I started to use Solaris on my computer, I havent had any problems with my or any other computer on my network. You can imagine how much Solaris is strong program if I tell you that Intelligence, Security and Government agencies use this program to protect themselves. So you can see that they wouldnt use any program, because they have all important information that they wouldnt like to be stolen. So your question Solaris-Telnet-with safety I say YES.
