Software that can recover disk error data from CD

I have cd with some programs and I boot it in my computer (I use XP OS). But, my system couldnt read it. I just got error message which said that my files are corrupted. I really need to install these programs on my system, but I do not how. Can you tell me is it possible to somehow I convince XP to read it?

I suggest you to use some software which is able to recover disk error data from cd. For this purpose I use CDRoller. I can tell you that this software is just great. It is able to retrieve data from your disc, recovers it even if they has be written by standalone devices. There wouldnt be a problem for this software to recognize type of your files. Just to know: it is very easy for use.
