I have installed win2k server, created domain, active directory, users etc. Everything worked fine until I added new computer with Windows XP professional to this domain. Windows XP computer can join domain and use shared resources but logging takes a lot of time and I have some errors in event viewer every time this computer logs in. Any suggestions about this problem?

Hello. I guess that you have integrated DNS to your active directory. It is a crucial thing because many things in domain and active directory are dependant on DNS. Also, on new computer (like on all others) primary DNS server should be your local DNS server that is generated by domain controller. When you set it up on Windows XP computer you will not have any more problems with slow logging in.
