Hello. I have heard from various sources that Vista boots very slowly first time and users can experience various things like black or blue screens during first boot up. This is kind of funny. I have never heard about any operating system that acts like this. Can you confirm this story or it is just another FUD?

I have seen several computers with Vista during their first boot up and none of them was acting like you described. But I have heard that HP issued warning about similar problems some time ago. It looks like this slow Vista loading during first boot is HP issue on some computers. Probably programs they ship with their computers need to hook up correctly during first boot.
