I have a question about adding sigs to e-mails. It seems that the default setting in word 2003 is that it automatically adds sigs to all your e-mails. Since I am using the same mail account for both my private and business e-mails I don't want this to happen. Where can I turn this off? Thanks.

If I remember correctly, and I've turned this option off a long time ago, somewhere in the signatures area there should be the "Advanced" button. I think that there you will find the 'Add signatures to all outgoing messages' box. You should, of course, clear that box and your problem is solved. I hope this will be of use to you.
