Siemens 19" Monitor blurred

Hello people! I think I am now getting complete feeling that I am maybe being literally drunk here even though I know I am pretty sober for a long time, heh. I have Siemens 19â€™â€™ monitor that is failing on me. I think it is happening for some time but lately I havenâ€™t been spending much time with my PC so it wasnâ€™t that noticeable to me until I had to finish some huge typing job and I realized it is all blurred?! Any idea what to do so I could maybe solve this problem?

Ah I have problem with my Samsung 17â€™â€™ and not building high hopes, looking for new one. Well you could try to change settings and see if that trick could work; start-control panel-display â€“ appearance tab-effects-use following method to smooth edges of screen fonts and there select clear type. Well this works only if you have occasional blur problem. If that one is being around and sticking for longer period of time, without any changes during the day then your problem is apparently bigger. I am not all sure that maybe graphic card failure could cause that effect. You could look for professional in repair store, but then before any repair action check is it worth bother to repair.
