I am looking to buy some refurbished computer. I have a good offer and it includes motherboard with SiS 630/730 display adapter. I do not have anything about this video adapter and I would like you to give me some information about this video adapter. This information should include something about its specifications and real world experience with this display adapter.

Sis 630/730 display adapter is quite old. It is DirectX 7.0 compatible and you should forget about playing any new games with it (it probably does not bother you because you are buying refurbished computer with integrated display adapter). It supports resolution Up to 1920x1200, but only on 60Hz refresh rate. Drivers are not updated any more and you might have trouble with future operating systems and this video adapter. One interesting thing about this adapter is that it supports two independent overlay surfaces which enable showing two independent videos on two monitors.
