How can I make shortcuts appear without small arrows on left-bottom corner of it? I heard this was possible but don’t know where to find such settings. No such thing under Display Properties or anywhere else as I was searching. Anyone seen the thing around?

There is no such setting on users interface. To do this you must edit registry or use some of tweaking tools. There is a plenty of such program available via internet. I’ve seen Tweak UI over internet and I liked the fact that instruction for manual solution of this problem was provided. Meaning, you don’t need to download the program just to do this, if you are familiar with editing the registry. Else, there are a lot of such programs, even freeware.
