Hello! I have two computers networked. I am running Windows XP Home Edition with Service Pack 2 installed operating system on both of them. I have shared some folders on these computers, but I am wondering now if I am able to share dial-up connection. That will be very useful for me.

Hello! I think that it would be better for you if you buy cable or ADSL internet. You will be 24h / 7 days on internet (but, that’s your choice). Yes, you can share dial-up connection. Open Control Panel and access Internet Connections. Right click on your connection and share it. On the other computer add this shared connection and that’s it.
