Two of my computers are connected with crossover cable. First computer is connected to cable modem and have access to internet. I have share internet connection on this computer but I can not gain internet access from second PC. Meanwhile, with second computer I can access shared resources on first one. Is there something I am missing here?

Hello. You have probably made a mistake during internet connection sharing configuration. Check if second computer has IP address of first computer set as default gateway. Go to control Panel and double click on Network Connections. Find your current network connection and right click on it. Choose Properties, then TCP/IP settings in list and click Properties. Click Advance button and check entry in Gateway section.
