I have to vista OS linked via LAN and they can see the files but when I open an 2003 office excel doc on the secondary PC it won't allow any changes to be made. I need to share the files so that any of the computers can make changes. The files are currently on PC1 in the Public Folder and PC2 can open them and make changes but it won't allow to save as the same file, must rename as a new doc. Thanks
