Hello. I have two computers and I would like to set up a network for sharing files between these two computers. I think it is more convenient then to use USB flash to transfer data between computers. Can you explain to me how to create this network. Both computers are using Windows XP Professional with Service Pack 2.

Hello. Setting up a network for sharing files is easy. You can do it with crossover cable and connect two computers directly or you can buy a router – which is a preferred way. When you connect computers place them in the same workgroup and share some folders. To share folder, right click on it and choose “Sharing and security” Choose options you like and click “Apply”. This folder will be shared on network.
