| I have been using the internet for two years now. Everything worked fine at the beginning. However, since few months ago, I could not defend from viruses and malwares. I cannot access arcserve database on the Internet. That is why I decide to try Mozila Firefox. However, it has the same problems as IE. Whenever I try to access arcserve database I get 'Server is missing' error. What can I do? |

| You probably cannot access arcserve database server because their firewall is stopping you because you probably have some virus on your computer. You could solve your virus problem with Internet Explorer by following few simple steps. First, get some good anti-virus protection. By my experience, that problem should be solved by using a combination of AVG and SpyBot Search & Destroy. Both of those softwares are freeware, which is not reducing their efficiency. I am also on the Internet almost every day, I am using Internet Explorer and I do not have any problems. I think that should be enough proof for what I'm saying. If you have Windows XP do not forget to install SP2. Those things with SpyBot and AVG should solve your virus problems. Now you will be able to normally access arcserv database. |
