Sending large text files through Outlook

I am trying to send some large file through Outlook. File has around 200 MB and it is constanly rejected and sent back to me. I do not know what is the problem here? Guess that there is some setting in Outlook that prevents me from sending such file. Can you explain to me how to send large file through Outlook?

This is not Outlook problem, but problem with mail server. ISP have a policy to restrict file over some size to be sent through their servers. There are some commercial solutions that will enable sending such files. For example Pando which is based on peer-to-peer technology. Also there is YouSendIt which allows you to send files up to 20GB large.
