Can you tell me how to send a 16MB avi file via email? I’ve tried to use Gmail, but as far as I understand you can’t send files that are larger than 10MB. Is that true? If it is true, how to send a larger file? I have to send this material to a colleague who lives in another city and the least complicated option is Internet and email. What client supports sending larger files?

I don’t know about Gmail since I don’t use webmail clients and I don’t think that even Outlook Express would be a good solution. But yu can try with one of those sites where you upload a video or audio file and after that you get the password which you tell the person you want to send the file to. Then he visits the site and enters the password and downloads the file you’ve uploaded. So there’s no ordinary mail correspondence and the limit is as I can recall about 100MB per file. I think that the site’s name is something like “you send”. I can’t remember it precisely. I suppose that there are several sites that have the same purpose and I think that they’re free.
