Hello! I have a problem with my scanner and digital camera. Always when I want to connect some of these devices the computer can’t recognize them. I am unable to input files and anything in the computer. My computer is Intel Celeron 2.6Ghz. I am using Windows XP Service pack 1. Can somebody tell me what to do? Thanks!

Hi! Well, I think that I can help you. The main problem is that your USB device can’t recognize devices like digital camera and scanner. You can install or reinstall chipset drivers on the computer. That will provide you to solve this problem. Only what you need is motherboard driver disk. If you can’t find it I suggest you to visit official motherboard site. There you should find chipset driver for your computer.
